1. Click the 'order a gift-certificate' button on our homepage

2. Then fill in the 'To', 'From','Message', 'Amount' Fields.

3. Choose whether you would like the certificate to be sent via e-mail or postal mail

• E-mail - A formal e-mail (with your message, amount and redemption code) will be sent out the recipient's e-mail you provide within 45 minutes of the purchase.
• Postal Mail - We will mail a cookie oriented card to the address provided. The message, amount and redemption code will be typed and put in the card.

4. Add the gift certificate to your cart and then proceed to checkout

5. If you are a returning customer you can login, if you are new you can choose to register

6. (New Customers) If new, make sure to fill out all boxes required

• If you plan to use a credit card make sure the billing address is the one registered with your bank

7. Choose 'Tip in Cash' in order not to have to pay a tip for the certificate.

8. Choose if you plan to pay by , PayPal, gift certificate, or credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover) We do NOT accept cash for gift-certificates.

9. Review your order

• If you have any additional information for us put it in the customer notes section right above the submit order button
• If you paid in credit card fill out the necessary information
• Click 'submit' order

Note: If your order is declined because of an AVS Mismatch, then please go change your billing address to that which is registered to your bank, make sure your street address and zip are correct.

If you are worried that your certificate was not received by the recipient, please call or e-mail us and we will be more than happy to double check and call the the recipient on your behalf to check.

Gift Certificate codes expire 6 months after purchase.
