1. Click the 'Order a GIFT' button on our homepage

2. Fill out the 'To:' 'From:' 'Time:' 'Date:' and 'recipient's phone number' textboxes above the products (The gift message will be entered later)

3. Then select the amount of each product you would like.

4. Add the order to your cart and then proceed to checkout

5. If you are a returning customer you can login, if you are new you can choose to register

6. (New Customers) If new, make sure to fill out all boxes required

• If you plan to use a credit card make sure the billing address is the one registered with your bank

7. Click 'deliver to a different address' and fill in the information for the receipient's address. We do not need room numbers for on-campus housing, just the dorm name.

8. Select the amount of gratuity you wish to add to your amount for the driver.

9. Choose if you plan to pay by PayPal, gift certificate, or credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover) Cash is NOT accepted with gift orders.

10. Review your order and enter in your gift message in the text box right above the 'Submit Order' Button

• Click 'submit' order

10. You will receive a 'confirmation' e-mail within a few hours which means we have noted your order, have no questions about it, and will deliver it as requested!

Note: If your order is declined because of an AVS Mismatch, then please go change your billing address to that which is registered to your bank, make sure your street address and zip are correct.

Policies Most often Questioned related to gift orders.

Gift orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.

All gift recipients will be called in order to set up a delivery time

If you cancel a gift order two hours or less before it is to be delivered, you will not receive a refund.

Please check if the recipient is in our delivery area, we will not deliver to any location outside our delivery area.
